Made-to-order items
Each Prodigy Racing item is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, we will reship the item or refund you. Please report the problem within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a claim
Email us first at prodigytuners@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Please do not send items back before we reply, because packages sent without a claim cannot be accepted.
Wrong or missing items
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund you instead.
